Salt Lake City, the largest and capital city of Utah, is a city of great history and opportunity for residents and newcomers alike. The city attracted national attention when it hosted the 2002 Winter Olympic Games, and its western location and favorable climate for winter sports make it a popular vacation spot for many individuals and families. Salt Lake City real estate, including residential and commercial properties, is available through a number of realtors and private sellers.

Many buildings in Salt Lake City, especially homes, have lasted since the early 1900s, giving this city a very historic feel. The majority of homes in the city are valued at $100,000-$200,000, and have two or three bedrooms. A number of homes are also priced upwards of this average. The vast majority of Salt Lake City’s population is between 20 and 30 years of age, possibly because recent graduates of the many Salt Lake City colleges and universities stick around for a few years after graduation. This creates a young and vibrant atmosphere amidst the grand historic buildings of the city.
